Doug Moe talks to Bill Stokes about Bill’s recently published novel, MARGARET’S WAR. Written over a period of many years, during and after his newspaper column writing career, the novel deals with the presence of thousands of German POW’s in hundreds of small American communities, including 38 in Wisconsin.
