Kickass, the doorstop dog, on this 5th anniversary of the Sandy Hook fatal shooting of 20 first graders and six school staff members, and only a couple of months after the Las Vegas assault weapon massacre of fifty plus, and acknowledging that if this is an average day in the US at least 90 people will die of gun shots and there will be a “mass” (more than one fatality) shooting somewhere, notes the following:
The only action taken by us and our so-called political leaders is a proposal to allow concealed weapons to be carried across state lines.
What must the holidays be like in the tens of thousands of homes where a gun has taken away a loved one—a first grader, for Christ’s sake, a young mother, anyone!!!!!
