Kickass and loving humans

Kickass, the doorstop dog, says the keeper doesn’t do a lot of reviewing but he did read the discussion of a book entitled “Dog Is Love” wherein it was claimed that if dogs are raised with sheep or goats they—the dogs will end up loving sheep or goats.  This explains, of course, that since dogs are raised by humans they—the dogs, end up loving humans.  The keeper was disappointed that there was not further breakdown of the human dog raisers which might have shown that dogs raised by Republicans would actually—like sheep and goat-loving dogs, end up loving Republicans.  The book discussion also said that dog-brain studies showed that some human-loving dogs, if given a choice, loved humans more than they loved food.  This seemed to cast a suspicious shadow over the whole thing, even that part about dogs maybe suffering from something the psychologists call “Disinhibited Social Engagement Disorder (DSED) in which the victims exhibit “indiscriminate friendliness,” such as that of the Republicans toward the narcissistic POTUS and his gang.
