Kickass and women shelf movers

Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports a happy ending to the account of the keeper retreating to the Vista West woodworking shop and allowing a shelf-building project to continue until the lumber supply was exhausted with the result that placing the weighty and oversized assembly in its assigned corner seemed a bridge too far.

Enter Phyllis and the two Latino lady cleaning crew who eyeballed the situation briefly and before the keeper could say he planned to get help, they had muscled the shelf assembly through the door, down a narrow hall, around an awkward corner, into its designated room and standing in the corner with a certain regal bearing.

The keeper was impressed beyond words, and he nodded in agreement as the women did a little self-congratulatory ceremony themed around the verity that if you want something done turn it over to the women, and then get the hell out of the way.
