Kickass cats run obedience

Kickass, the doorstop dog, says having insurance companies involved in a health care plan is like putting the cats in charge of a dog obedience class.  It is the mode being followed by Wis Repubs firing the state road planners and turning everything over to private engineers.  All of the Walker potholes will turn into toll holes.
