Kickass Indigo Emotions

Kickass, the doorstop dog, says the keeper notes there is such an incredible array of things to be concerned—actually pissed, about that ranting becomes meaningless and simply burns energy that could be used for other things.

So, in trying for a more rewarding use of emotional inventory, the keeper is ignoring political stupidity and the daily outpouring of people doing things that are unbelievably dumb.

Instead of slapping his forehead and feeling outraged and helpless about such matters, he will be celebrating the return of the indigo bunting to the bird feeder after a summer-long absence.  He—the keeper, will try not to wonder where the little blue bastard has been all these past months, but it is hard not fret about something.
