Kickass psychotic alley cat

Kickass the doorstop dog, says the keeper recently heard a couple of people who live in the Wash. DC area describe the mood there as bleak but with a ray of hope shining out of the widespread citizen/voter national reaction to the outrages being perpetrated by Trump, his sycophant idiots and the Republican Legislature.

The keeper wishes he could grab onto even a glimmer of that optimism—that common decency will emerge out of the moral rubble of Trump, and the true humane spirit of the citizenry will carry the day.

Kickass encourages the keeper to do that—to be hopeful.  Kickass points to the example of a dog treeing a psychotic alley cat that eats its own young—the dog can’t climb the tree but eventually the alley cat will have to come down and then……
