Kickass quiet

Kickass, the doorstop dog, says that fortuitous circumstances put the keeper in a remote woods where the ONLY sounds were the chirping of spring birds.  No traffic, no appliance buzz, no beeping alarms, no blare of television or radio, nothing but the slow breath of spring in the birdsong.  It was such a rare treat that the keeper complimented me on my inability to bark.
