Kickass Strange dog guest

Kickass, the doorstop dog, says the keeper agreed to a temporary dog-sitting situation, which means there is a challenging adjustment period for Kickass, while he learns to share dog duties with this guest canine.

So the new dog on the premises is definitely a different breed, with strange coloring, unfamiliar habits, and a strange demeanor that Kickass finds somehow off-putting.

Kickass feels secure in that the guest dog apparently has no interest in doorstop duties, but instead only wants to have the door opened so he can get outside and sniff around in a most offensive manner.  If he marks territory on the rocks next to the front door, we have a problem.  The keeper says everything is temporary, and he tries to keep that in mind in regard to political office holders.

“The strange ones may piss on your rocks, but the rain will wash it off,” is what the keeper said, and he tried to pass that off as wisdom.  GEEzzz!
