Kickass, the doorstop dog, would like to know how many people know that Wisconsin permits (encourages through its DNR) the use of leg-hold traps to “harvest” thousands of wild animals this time of year? When used in other than a “killing set” the leg-hold trap is the cruelest, most diabolical device imaginable. As a country boy, Kickass’ keeper participated in this inhumane outrage and has spent a lifetime regretting it.
