Kickass thoughts and prayers

Kickass, the doorstop dog, joins the keeper on a Sunday morning to suggest that “thoughts and prayers” be regulated to insure that they will be equally distributed among the families of those shot and killed at Virginia Beach and the male legislators in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Missouri and Louisiana who deny the role of males in pregnancies while labeling women as murderers for dealing with those pregnancies in the regulation of their own bodies.  An appropriate regulatory outfit might be the NRA with its aggressive program of generating more “thoughts and prayers” statements than any other entity; and, through its gun industry connections, could provide guns to those states that decide the solution to troublesome pregnancies is to shoot pregnant women.
