Kickass young mother’s thoughts

Kickass, the doorstop dog, says the keeper reports that Kelda Roys, who announced she is running for Wis gov. with a video in which she nursed her baby, made an appearance at the Friday lunch meeting of the “Has Beens”, sans baby, and was a refreshing departure for the members who tend to dwell on infirmities, the risks of falling on their ass, and the narcissistic machinations of current politicians.

It was a pure delight to learn of a young mother’s thoughts and ambitions to make the world a better place for her kids and the great grandkids of her listeners.  What a contrast she expressed to the current money-driven pols who occupy leadership positions to do the bidding of Kochs, the NRA and foxycons from Thailand.

Kelda has served in the legislature, which moderates any charge of idealism.  But Kickass loves idealism: it keeps him thinking that maybe someday he will be young again and can romp with the puppies, maybe Kelda’s kids’ puppies.
