Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports the keeper watching the evening NBC news program of 8/26/25 when one of the lead stories was the engagement of Taylor and Travis the celebrity show biz-sports couple. The story went on and on with a number of frivolous interviews and commentary, before it finally ended and left a few minutes for brief reference to narcissistic war mongering by out-of-control male libidos, one of them residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave and others in Moscow and Jerusalem.

The current media is forever pointing out to the keeper why he stayed 35 years in the reporter ranks and never rose to be an editor of any kind. The most recent reminder was accompanied by a look from Phyllis about the keeper’s strong language while watching what is touted as the evening news.
