Kickass and cop horses
Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports the keeper and Phyllis, impressed with what they at first thought might be ICE on horseback but turned out to be a couple of Madison cops riding their big gentle mounts around the westside neighborhood in a relaxed get-acquainted patrol.
Curious residents, among them children who had never touched a horse and were much impressed by the real thing, spent time visiting with the officers until they rode off with “mission accomplished” results.
That warm, humane “official” mission stands in such stark contrast to the ICE brutality being foisted on innocents elsewhere as to be occurring in another country.
Thanks, Madison cops, for giving us complete horses and sparing us the horses asses.
